We offer kayaking session of flat water for beginners and those wanting to give it a go, or if you are looking to improve technique and performance for long distance, improving confidence, improving safety knowledge or thinking on buying your own.

Our Introductory sessions take place on the calm tranquil waters of Mulroy Bay, where there are many islands to explore. We are extremely patient and go at your pace of learning to paddling and we pride ourselves on this. We know that it takes time to build confidence and to develop, no one becomes Professional over night.

As we can guide you a bit further down Mulroy Bay you will see dramatic mountain scenery from a whole new perspective, a local mussel farm, and a variety of coastal bird life. It’s perfect for the dedicated nature watchers and individuals seeking exploration of Mulroy Bay.

If your looking for something more adventurous we can take you on a coastal trip exploring cliffs, caves and sea arches along Lough Swilly.



Our Instructors hold Canoeing Ireland Qualifications and we have considerable experience in instructing, paddling and competing in paddle-sports in Ireland. We provide all specialist equipment (helmets and buoyancy aids) and have a large fleet of kayaks.

Eco Atlantic Adventures have kayak trips to suit all ages and abilities, with no experience necessary.
