Surf lessons are also available year-round, including a specialised Winter Surf School, our programs cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced surfers. What to Bring
Base Layer: Start with a moisture-wicking base layer that keeps sweat away from your skin. Synthetic materials or merino wool are ideal for maintaining body warmth without retaining moisture.
Mid Layer: Add an insulating mid-layer, such as a fleece, to trap heat. This layer is especially important for activities like sea kayaking and coasteering, where you might be exposed to cooler air temperatures.
Outer Layer: Bring a waterproof and windproof outer layer, like a lightweight jacket. This layer protects against wind chill and keeps you dry during breaks between activities.
Footwear: For kayaking, SUP, and coasteering, sturdy water shoes or neoprene booties are recommended. They provide grip on wet surfaces and protect your feet from sharp rocks or cold water. If you’re snorkeling, bring flip-flops or sandals for easy removal when entering the water.
Wetsuits: While you can bring your own, Eco Atlantic Adventures provides wetsuits for all participants. These wetsuits are designed to keep you warm even in the cooler Atlantic waters, so you can focus on enjoying your activity.
