Monday Wednesday & Friday 7pm Boot Camp The Quay Ramelton, Running through January February and March, €50 for 4 Week Block, Classes Suitable For Beginners and Those Looking to Improve their Fitness.

Rathmullan Running Group

Monday Wednesday & Friday 6am, Rathmullan Pier Carpark, Running through January February and March, €50 for 4 Week Block, Improve your running fitness and endurance. Training for 16KM and Half Marathons.

Creeslough Boot Camp

Tueday & Thursday 7pm Boot Camp Creeslough Hall, Running through January February and March, €40 for 4 Week Block, Classes Suitable For Beginners and Those Looking to Improve their Fitness.

Adventure Race Training

Adventure Race Training Starting in April 1st In Milford Council Office Carpark 7pm. Running Monday Wednesday and Friday 7pm & Saturday Morn at 9am, €50 for 4 week Block, Group are Targeting Most of the Local Adventure Races with Some Aiming for the 4 Half Marathons in 4 Days, Try A Tri, Other Triathlons and Half Iron Man.
